Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened bags.

If your coffee arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to make it right.

Unopened bags may be eligible for return or exchange with prior approval.

All of our coffee is roasted to order to ensure maximum freshness and quality. Please allow 2–3 business days for roasting and processing before your order ships.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your location. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 5–7 business days.
